Together with Gopala Serov, you’ll be introduced to Hatha Yoga. It’s a combination of physical postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), and meditation. It aims to promote strength, flexibility, and balance, helping you integrate an optimal balance between tension and relaxation into your daily life.

Together with Madhavi, you'll practice gentle exercises that strengthen both body and mind. 

Under the guidance of Gopala Serov, you will learn mindful yoga. It combines Buddhist mindfulness practices with yoga as a physical exercise, offering a form of practice that is both meditative and helps reduce stress. 

Face yoga is a natural form of exercise in which the facial muscles are strengthened through targeted contraction, stretching and relaxation. Just ten to 15 minutes of daily practice can help to improve blood circulation, relieve tension (e.g. in the jaw) and reduce swelling.
