AccessibilityStatement on Digital Accessibility
KME Karlsruhe Marketing und Event GmbH strives to make its website accessible in accordance with Section 10, Paragraph 1 of the State Law on Equal Access for People with Disabilities (L-BGG).
This digital accessibility statement applies exclusively to the website www.indiasummerdays.de.
Status of Compliance with the Requirements
This website is partially consistent with Section 10(1) of the L-BGG due to the following inconsistencies and exceptions.
Content that is not accessible
The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:
- Documents embedded in the website (.pdf, .doc, etc.)
Reason: The large number of documents provided—some of which are quite old—has so far made it impossible to convert them into an accessible format. Documents provided by third parties (e.g., other organizations, associations, etc.) are also not available in an accessible format.
- Videos Embedded on the Website
Reason: It has not yet been possible to provide the videos with audio descriptions.
- Maps on the Website
Reasoning: A map is a helpful and useful supplement to information. A map is essentially a visual representation and therefore cannot meet the requirements of the BITV.
